Highly recommend this place. Our suitcases were safe, and the location is perfect, very close to taxi stations, train stations, and buses. The staff was VERY nice. He helped us with showing how to get around and was very helpful with even writing the directions to help us with taxi since we don’t speak Japanese. We will definitely use this service again if we come back to Kyoto, Japan. Thank you very much for providing such great service! 🤗

We are so grateful for this bag drop service. We arrived at our airbnb too early as our check-in time is 4pm. Since our luggage did not fit the train station locker (just by an inch), we had no where to store it. We had another 4 hours to wait. Thankfully, we found this place on google map and came to store our bag. I would absolutely recommend it as there’s no where else that provide such service. Also, the staff was extremely friendly. He gave us recommendations for where to visit and where to eat. He really spend time helping us. I am forever grateful for the help.

I can absolutely recommend this place. I stored my luggage there for a half a day and not only is the price quite fair but also the gentleman working there was so helpful and welcoming. Not only did he help in finding my way to the subway station and getting tickets (that’s super close by and well connected by the way), he even gave me some great recommendations for what to do on a rainy day in Kyoto and where to go to lunch. As a non Japanese speaking foreigner it was a pleasant encounter that brightend up this rainy day. Thank you, Sir, for your help and friendliness and making me feel welcome in Kyoto.

I recently used this bag drop service while traveling with my two young children (ages 3 and 6) and 4bags. The experience was fantastic! The owner was incredibly helpful and accommodating, making our travel experience much smoother. The location is very convenient, and the process was quick and easy. I’d give it 6 stars if I could! It’s right next to Shijo-Omiya station and we used their services the day we went from Kyoto to Osaka. Absolutely fantastic service – we left off 6 bags, and because the owner had to close early in the afternoon, we were allowed to store our bags free of charge on the condition that we collected them a bit earlier before closing which actually suited us perfectly! We got our bags back safely and would definitely use again.

They were very nice and welcoming when we dropped off our bags. They made sure my group’s stuff was kept safely together. Overall, their service was phenomenal and would definitely use it again when we need somewhere safe to drop off our luggages/bags.

Highly recommend as the location is very convenient and storage is safe. The owner is most accommodating as we arrived to leave our bags off on a day the storage wasn’t open. However, he let us leave the bags anyway which we greatly appreciated. A great storage option right beside the station.

We stumbled upon the luggage storage service at BagDrop as our room wasn’t ready until 3pm. To our surprise, they actually just listed their business yesterday and wasn’t actually opened yet! Despite this, the staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. He spoke English which we were extremely grateful for as our Japanese was limited. Our belongings were securely stored, giving me peace of mind to explore the city without dragging my bags around. Highly recommend for anyone needing convenient and reliable storage options while traveling.

This place was great, stored my family’s suitcases and was very helpful and even gave us locks for our bags. We had a few hours in Kyoto after we checked out of our hotel and we were able to keep our bags here until 17:00. If you need a luggage storage service, definitely come here!
