  • What are your business hours?

    We are open from Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM, excluding Japanese national holidays. However, we may be able to accommodate requests for weekends and holidays if notified in advance, so please contact us for more information.

  • How much does it cost?

    1. A standard-sized luggage, which is less than 180 size (the total length of all three sides is less than 180 cm), is charged at 800 yen per item (tax included).
    2. A large-sized luggage, which is 180 size or larger (the total length of all three sides is 180 cm or more), is charged at 1000 yen per item (tax included).
    3．We offer a volume discount when the number of packages exceeds four.

  • What kind of compensation is available?

    There is no compensation available. Please understand that we do not accept valuables.

  • How to store your items.

    1. Space for luggage is limited. We recommend contacting us in advance to make a reservation. 2. Please prepare identification for yourself. 3. Please agree to the terms and conditions presented by our staff. 4. Our staff will provide an explanation. 5. Please count the number of items and pay the cost in cash. 6. Please pick up your luggage by 5:00 PM.

  • What items cannot be stored?

    Please be aware that we cannot accept the following items: 1. Items with any side longer than 2 meters or weighing more than 30 kg. 2. Currency, coins, valuable items, precious items, and precision instruments (such as computers, digital cameras, tablets, etc.) cannot be accepted. 3. Fragile items, living or dead organisms, hazardous materials, food, liquids, drugs, and other items prohibited from possession within Japan. 4. Other items deemed unsuitable for storage by our staff.

  • I'm worried about storing my items without compensation.

    As for standard and large sizes, please lock your items if possible. If not, we can lend you a wire lock.

  • Is there an elevator to the 4th floor?

    Yes, there is. However, it is not a large elevator, so please have only one representative or a maximum of two people come to the reception. It is also a shared elevator with other floors, so please consider other users.

  • Do you offer pickup and delivery services?

    We do not currently offer pickup and delivery services.

  • Other precautions

    Please note that if we do not hear from you after the agreed storage period, we will dispose of your items 3 days later.
